А забыл, но когда создаю новую тему, всё нормально, всё на русском!

Вообщем обновил форум с 3.4.5 до 3.4.7. Теперь возникла такая проблема, всё вроде бы нормально, но в названиях тем(в самой теме) и у того у кого статус на русском отображаются крокозябры, но я не могу понять, почему тогда на главной всё нормально?! Помогите решить проблему!)

Можно ли закрепить навигационное меню, то есть при прокрутке страницы оно фиксировалось на топе!(primary_nav)?

Да спасибо, искал, не нашел!

Вообщем ищу подобную феню как в ВК, когда прокручиваешь страницу, когда уже нету блоков, она становится в полный размер!

Проблему сам решил, стоило только подумать) Простите что создал тему!)

Вообщем когда нажимаю на логотип или обновляю страницу, выскакивает user link и потом опять убирается, это делается быстро, но заметно, помогите кто знает в чем проблема)

В css найди .author_info, в нём меняй padding-right или padding: 0 0 0 0(top, right, bottom, left)
