i disable all application third party but i think its already broke mysql whenever i try to open topic i get 404 not found

hello i have issues with forum whenever i open website i get error "This page isn’t working example.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500" i run support tool i disable all third party plugin,themes,applications after that i can access website but i turn on applications plugin themes one by one i found plugin broke my website i uninstall all plugin i know its crazy but i just wanna fix problem but after that same errors also i restore third default theme but still same error what should i do now i only have some application i disable that also but still same issue i am using shared hosting and server working fine for test i uploaded test.php to server its working fine
