Всем добрый день!

В общем есть такой хук контакты админов (для тех кому лень делать его через боковые блоки) так вот в нем проблема после установки, и обновления кеша стилей, этот "поршивец" не хочет подниматься вверх (перетаскивание не помогает ставлю выше всех в списке результат один хук внизу)

Может что подсажите где-что подправить?WA34-contacts.zip
