Подключил для форм входа HTTPS, теперь не могу попасть в панель управления, как выключить?

Пробовал выключить в myAdmin, но ничего не произошло, так и осталось включенным

Нафига вообще было трогать? У Вас есть ssl-сертификат?

Значение еще в кэше хранится.

Можете выполнить sql-запрос 

UPDATE cache_store
SET cs_value=REPLACE(cs_value, '"logins_over_https";s:1:"1"', '"logins_over_https";s:1:"0"')
WHERE cs_key="settings";
