Помогите с установкой TS3 Viewer

Добрый день уважаемые пользователи и администраторы. У меня возникла проблема с TS3 Viewer. Скачал установил всё сделал как в описании он у меня на форуме IPB 3.4 не работает пишет такую ошибку

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
