Владелец файлов в FTP

Добрый вечер.

 

После обновления форума у части файлов в FTP указан владелец - apache, а не мой FTP пользователь. Так и должно быть? Или можно/нужно изменить?

 

Еще часть была под владельцем root - изменил их.

 

В папке uploads у картинок, загруженных после обновления тоже владелец - apache.

 

 

Пытаюсь бороться с ошибкой "Error: Could not load template 'metaEditor' from group 'global'" поверх шапки форума, может в правах на файлы дело...
