Дорогие форумчане, всем привет, подскажите пожалуйста, как сделать так, чтобы перед созданием темы вылазило окно с краткими правилами, как у вас на форуме(скрин см. ниже). Только помогите сделать так, чтобы это показывало только в нужном мне форуме.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

Chrome (Desktop)
