Здравствуйте, подскажите пожалуйста, как убрать ободок, который двигает форум вправо-влево, и как сделать чтоб форум был на всю ширину экрана. Ссылка на форум в профиле.

Look & Feel > Manage Skin Sets & Templates > ваш дизайн > CSS > ipb_styles.css:

.wrapper {
     width: 95%;
     margin: 0 auto;
     min-width: 1200px;
     max-width: 1600px;
}

нужно убрать:

min-width: 1200px;
