Когда даю маску или админку пользователю мне выдает ошибку

    С хостингера уйдите

    Хостингера урезает ресурсы своих серверов и IPB не работает на нём стабильно.

    Найдите нормальный хостинг.

    Заплатите 200р в месяц и живите спокойно. Тоже тестировал движок IPS на хостингере. Нормально отказывался работать. Сейчас на платном всё ок. Или попробуйте бесплатный тариф на бегете.
