В логах куча мусора вида:
160531 1:18:25 [ERROR] mysqld: Table './blabla/core_share_links_caches' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
160531 1:18:25 [Warning] Checking table: './blabla/core_share_links_caches'

Соответственно таблицы core_share_links_caches нет, зато есть core_share_links. Как лечить? Вся озу наглухо забивается, а за ней и своп.
