Vask0, Вы используете старую версию PHP 5.2, Вам нужна PHP 5.3 для стабильной работы IPS 4.1.x.x

 

P.S. PHP версия должна быть как минимум 5.3

5.5 сейчас минимум

Ваша версия PHP должна быть минимум версии 5.5 

You need a php version 5.5 or greater on your server, to let IPS 4.1.x.x working without troubles.

Распаковываешь .zip архив, дальше идешь в админке Система - Приложения. Жмешь Установить и выбираешь .tar файл из распакованного архива.
