НЕ могу настроить почту. домен подключен. А вот сообщение не отправляет. При такой настройке ошибка Could not connect to the SMTP server  .

2) Не как не могу перевести до конца админку, уже два раза грузил языки а все так же

    ошибок нет , но тестовое письмо не доходит

    Возможно, хостинг-провайдер заблокировал отправку почты. Попробуйте написать в суппорт.

    Может кто знает как исправить такую ошибку с почтой? 

    Could not open a socket to the SMTP server (0:php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known)

    до этого стояла 4 версия ипб и работало

    Создать почту в ваш Cpanel ..... выбирать метод - PHP .... и попробуйте еще раз

    У вас там Яндекс стоит, вряд ли он примет почту с неизвестного домена.

    На вопрос вам уже ответили:

    Метод доставки почты: PHP.

    Поставил не чего с этого не вышло

    стоит на сервере почта cPanel и вот туда тестовое письмо доходит.  а вот на почту на mail.ru не доходит

    Причин может быть масса. Неправильно настроенный почтовый домен, например. Неверные записи Dkim и Spf. Вообще, надо логи сервера смотреть, хотя бы понять, на каком этапе проблемы.

    готов все показать. потому что нужна регистрация с подтверждением почты.

     какие именно логи сикнуть?

    стандартный клиент хоста принимает почту, а вот ответ не доходит
