Your settings could not be read by IP.Board. This is a fatal error and IP.Board cannot function while this issue persists.

v3.4.9 Переношу форум на другой хостинг. Конфиг поменял. База то раньше что сейчас в UTF8

подскажите как это побороть?

    через веб интерфейс сам понимаешь не могу посмотреть.в файлах пусто.новых логов нет
