Как изменить срок кеширования на стороне пользователя?

Не могу найти информацию где задаётся время на которое у пользователя будут кешироваться различные файлы. Конкретно хочу увеличить срок хранения для медиафайлов, gif png jpg webm. Сейчас он равен 4 часам.

Пробовал задать время через .htaccess но такие сервисы как seolik.ru/speed показывают что ничего не изменилось.
