Доброго дня!
Сменил хостинг, сервер по характеристикам на порядок шустрее, диски шустрые, памяти больше, версия PHP выше, база данных современней :)

но вот незадача, как ни странно стала медленней отправка сообщений в темы и ооочень медленно (до 8 секунд) удаляется сообщение

Версия PHP v7.1.28
Версия MySQL v5.5.5-10.3.14-MariaDB-1:10.3.14+maria~bionic 

включено использование кэширования - Memcached

Сторонние плагины отключены, тема новая, на самой свежей версии IPB
