Ошибка при установке /cache/lang_cache/1/core_public_global.php

Здравствуйте!

 

Намучался уже, пробовал разные версии тройки, при установке либо после нее выбивает ошибку :  
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file, expecting variable (T_VARIABLE) or ${ (T_DOLLAR_OPEN_CURLY_BRACES) or {$ (T_CURLY_OPEN) in  cache/lang_cache/1/core_public_global.php on line 477 

 

Ранние версии выбивало на 12 и 13 шаге, сейчас форум установился но зайти ни в админку, ни на главную не даёт. Права 777 на папку, php 5.6 версия.
