Установил v4.4.6 NULLED, не грузятся кнопки

Как будто после обновления до 4.4.6 отказал javascript, с главной страницы не могу войти ни в админку, ни чат не грузится. Боковые блоки открываются, но их нельзя редактировать, не жмётся эта кнопка. Что нужно включить в админке?

Проблема именно с главной страницей, если через темы заходить в админку - всё работает

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
