Не отображаются IP адреса у всех пользователей;    пока что не понял по какому принципу, но у некоторых пользователей в некоторых публикациях дублируется дата отправки сообщения:

На дефолтном стиле картина такая же.

ps - С мобильных устройств и дата публикации, и IP адреса отображаются корректно.

    Chrome (Android)

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
