Хочу спросить, где я могу активировать функцию, каждый новый пользователь (у которого не более 3-х постов) проходить через админа, модератора на утверждение

    Create group "newbies",  set "Require approval before content shows?". Add all new users to group 'newbies' by default. Promote to next group by hand or configure group promotion rules.
