Thanks for your help, i spend lot of time to search this menu to enable download wait time. i recently start my forum so i not know about every menu and features of IPS.

One more things i want to ask you how can i enable social login like google, facebook, twitter etc. any app or plugin please suggest me.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
