Подскажите, вот я загрузил иконка для форума

В коде пишет полный путь до файла

Как можно сделать так, чтобы убрать адрес сайта и ссылка вставлялась только с "/uploads/monthly_2022_10/free-icon-settings-7213592.png.1d8b6fc11bae88a8875cb1cbe1ab1827.png"

Есть возможность не через код?

    Не обязательно. Путь в url может быть как абсолютным, так и относительным (для локальных ссылок). Но просто так изменить это поле сложно, придется самостоятельно формировать адресную строку или вырезать из уже сформированной префикс и домен.
