Как поднять ipsType_pageTitle на главной странице в стандартной теме IPS?

Всем привет! Использую стандартную тему IPS, захотелось в ней вынести надпись "Форумы" и "Создать тему" в другой блок. Подскажите пожалуйста, как я могу это сделать? В globalTemplate не нашёл этого template, в forums тоже. Хочу именно на главной странице положить этот блок в другой блок.
