HI

When downloading from my forum, resume manager is not active and only one connection is made
Please help, where is the problem?

    Нужно смотреть в сторону настроек веб сервера (nginx, apache)

    avangcom в сети полно мануалов, как настроить веб-сервер и тонкие настройки .. Забивайте в поиске ваш веб-сервер и ищите, что нужно, сами быстрее разберетесь
