Как это починить?

Даже на дефолтной теме такое-же

 

- смотрите логи

- отключайте плагины и ищите источник проблемы.

Вернул  тему к дефолту - тоже не работает

ну, я форум и вовсе только-только установил, следом я установил русский язык, удалил основной раздел и снова зашел на форум после обновления.
Ошибка та же.
