как сделать главную страницу форума ? портал чтото в это роде 3,4,4 версия стоит. буду благодарен вам

по поиску нашёл с 2012 года только портал какойта.

 

еше нашёл Unreal Portal

 старую версию. хочется главная чтоб портал был.
