Можно ли сделать гиф-банер резиной? что бы тянул под все моники, если можно то скажите пожалуйста как это сделать и осуществить.

Заранее спасибо.

 

заказывайте чтобы края гифки были однотонным, и там уже задний фон прописывайте цветом. а так тянуть ее не получится, да и пикселить будет.
