Как именно хотите сделать?

 

Если создавать темы, то находите RSS Ваших танков. Идете в АЦ - Форумы - Управление RSS. Настраваете

 

Если сделать список в сайдбаре, то находите RSS Ваших танков. Устанавливаете и настраиваете хук. Например этот
