Не подходят пароли пользователей после обновления с IPB 3.4.5 до 3.4.6

Прошу помощи в решении этой проблемы!

Не подходят пароли у всех пользователе созданных под версией IPB 3.4.5
Единственный пароль который пропускает форум это от ROOT.

Смена пароля пользователя как из АЦ так и самим пользователем к положительному результату не привело.

Создание пользователя под версией IPB 3.4.6 проблем не вызывает,

Файлов с расширением .cgi я не нашел за его отсутствием не только в cache но и во всем корне форума.

    Бекап есть и после обновления данные пользователей в таблице тоже есть но ваше предложение не решает проблему !
