Здравствуйте! возникла такая проблема на 8 или 9 шаге установки 3.4.6 IPB.

 

There appears to be an error with the database.

mySQL query error: SELECT id FROM faq WHERE app='core' AND title = 'ПоиÑк'

SQL error: Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '='
SQL error code: 1267

    База должна быть в кодировке utf8_general_ci

    База должна быть в кодировке utf8_general_ci

     

    А как ее поменять? точнее где именно?
