Вот решил поставить IPB 3.4.6 

Первый раз пробую взял >отсюда

И тут такая ошибка кодировка стоит UTF8-GENERAL-CI

Вот ошибка

Я так понял что что та с кодировкой менял на ansi ничего не помогло

    все что выглядит так, относится к хостингу "hostinger"... это другим на будущие... 

    По теме: купи нормальный хостинг (100-200р в месяц) это не деньги

    Я понимаю что не деньги (тестирую) но раньше я ставил на него IPB

    хостингер не может потянуть по ресурсам ветку 3.4.х хотите тестировать ставьте 3.2.3. и ранние версии.

    WOLF,он вытягивает, если поставить сначало на другой хостинг :D

    а потом перенести
