Пытаюсь обновиться на новом хостинге (HostLand) с версии 3.4.4 на 3.4.6 (предыдущая версия с бекапа работала корректно)

на пункте 5 обновления вываливается множество предупреждений 

по завершению в админке отваливавается часть стилей

а сам форум выдает

пробовал отключать все приложения и хуки

базы в правильной utf-8 кодировке

Кажется проблема в правах доступа к файлам. 

Установите DOM (php расширение).
