Данная тема уже поднималась. Скорее всего это особенность моего стиля. Когда в ipb_style.css

#branding {
height: 73px;
}

И увеличиваю высоту, то в моем стиле расширяется вот так:

post-1519-0-16708600-1392321283_thumb.pn

 

Что подскажете?

Height - высота, а не отступ

Не все овощи одинаково полезны.

 

Ищите в ipb_styles.css 

.fixedHeader #ipbwrapper {
    padding-top: 65px;
}

и увеличивайте значение
