Ув. ipbmafia я установил галерею IP.Gallery 5.0.5 Retail на скриншотах было типо на русском, а когда установил на форум она на английском стала как перевести на русский версия ipb 3.4.6

chestr, это не русифицированая версия компонента. Нужно смотреть не на скришноты, а на название файла. В названии должно быть "RUS" "Русская версия" и т.п. Русская версия:
