При заходе в управление приложениями вверху вылазит ошибка

PS именно в этом месте увеличился шрифт с нормального до гиганского


PS Удалил приложение topictemplate через фтп, не помогло

кодировка некоторых символов в файле неправильная.

можно попробовать перезалить этот файл.

Cейчас попробую
