Делал все по видео уроку из данной статьи

 

При попытке создать новую(ый) форум/категорию вылазит ошибка БД.

Так же форум не работает при включенном хуке "Последние темы". Вылетает та же ошибка.

Версия хука - v1.0.0

Уже все перепробовал... Просьба помочь.
