Без знаний сss, html - никак...

 

Редактируй шаблоны, подстраивай под себя. Советую лучше брать за основу какой то стиль. А если нету знаний css and html - обратись к знающему за мани

    Причем здесь php? HTML + CSS, и знания в фотошопе, все что нужно.

    В админцентре, во вкладке Внешний вид можно включить редактор стилей, и без каких-либо знаний самостоятельно сделать дизайн

    для человека который не "шарит" в css и прочем ничего - это просто. 

    + бесплатно + своими руками + обучается сам.
