При отправке коротких сообщений модуль оценки сообщений оказывается по цетру в правом углу. 

Как сделать так, чтобы он перманентно находился в нижнем правом углу сообщения(выше кнопок "изменить"/жалоба);

    Думаю, будет проще, если вы создадите новый(базовый) стиль на своём форуме. Всего-то 2 клика. =)

    в ipb_styles.css находите 

    .rep_bar {white-space: nowrap;margin: 6px 4px;}

    И заменяете на 

    .rep_bar {white-space: nowrap;margin: 6px 4px;margin-top: 120px;}

    .rep_bar {white-space: nowrap;margin: 6px 4px;}

    И заменяете на 

    .rep_bar {white-space: nowrap;margin: 6px 4px;margin-top: 120px;}

     

    Спасибо, только оказалось, что margin-top: 120px; надо было вшить в .rep_bar .reputation {

    Спасибо, только оказалось, что margin-top: 120px; надо было вшить в .rep_bar .reputation {

    хз. На локалке надо было в .rep_bar....

    PS Меняйте 120px на значение, какое хотите
