Добрый день. Ищу компонент или хук, который перед созданием темы ( мне нужно только в одной теме ) покажет определённое сообщение.

 

(пример:

 

хочу в этом сообщении написать образец, по которому стоит оформлять тему. )

Дело в том, что у меня идёт создание заявки, и хотелось бы, что бы перед созданием заявки пользователю было необходимо прочитать это. А то не все смотрят по сторонам :(
