Could not open a socket to the SMTP server (13:Permission denied)

 

 

 

сервер стоял на ubuntu - все работало

 

перенес на centos - перестала ходить почта.

 

подскажите куда смотреть?

 

 

настройки SMTP

 

на smtp.yandex.ru

 

25 порт
