В каком поменять информацию на странице отображения материала форума? 

Подозреваю что это какой то css файл. Какой - найти не смог. В коде разберусь сам, хотя буду признателен, если кто подскажет как растянуть аватар.

chz4, указанное вами место изменяется через шаблон "userInfoPane" в редактировании стиля. А аватар растягивается через настройки групп и форума (Хотя ещё в "ipb_styles.css" в одном месте может быть).
