Не могу разобраться с заголовками. В каком файле их менять?

Доброго времени суток. Возникла такая проблема. Когда редактировал другие ресурсы данная задача не вызывала проблем. А теперь на тебе. Пролазил в корне файлы index.php и index.html, не могу по ключевым словам заголовка найти строчку. Может у меня уже крыша поехала, все же прошу помочь. Речь идет о 2х заголовках. На скрине подчеркнул красным
