Но у меня хуки не устанавливает, ошибка вылазит! А можно так, отредактировать шаблон там или еще что-то, кроме хука!

Меняй хостинг... Хостингер это не хост а подобие.

А какой бесплатный посоветуешь?

Я бесплатными не пользуюсь и тебе не советую, есть недорогие платные. Давай в лс обсудим, хорош офтопить...
