Зависает форум при создании темы

Проблема следующая. Когда создаю тему подвисает гдето на минуту и тогда появляетса тема. Можно както поправить это?

    Возможно, почта долго отсылает уведомления юзерам-подписчикам.

    Возможно, какой-нибудь хук виноват.

    Хуки отключал все не помогает.

    А как пошту настроить?
