Так значит мне нужно удалить базу,сделать вот этот скрипт,и создать снова бд?

Зашёл в операции тама в Сравнение:

я указал utf8_general_ci всё равно ошибка осталась
и в структуре всё равно осталось 

что делать?

Ошибку в админке решил,сменил пути,спасибо.

Теперь как мне исправить кодировку объясните пожалуйста подробно.

А подскажите пожалуйста как поменять эту кодировку,я уже 30 минут это делаю и не могу в phpmyadmin не силён.

если я не так понял что то посмотрите в ксс самого класса то что вы написали content в нём добавьте {margin:0px 0px 0px 0px;}
и редактируйте,значения идут { вверх,право,низ,лево }
