Обновился до 4.0.13.1 c 3.4.6. Теперь по адресу сайт.ру форум не открывается, а окрывается по ссылке сайт.ру/index.php?/. Подскажите как мне привести к нормальному виду :)  Сорри если задал нубский вопрос, но не могу дать ладу :)

    Возможно включить АЦ - Настройки поиска - Перестроить поисковый индекс 

    У тебя .htpacces есть, может включить АЦ - Система - Поисковая оптимизация - mod_rewrite
