Здравствуйте. Хотел бы добавить обязательное поле с вводом картинки. Как можно это осуществить?

    Всмысле? Ввод слова/цифры с картинки? Если да - Пользователи - Защита от спама. Там посмотрите варианты капч

    Создавая новое поле профиля можно выбрать нужное.

    Поставил загрузчик файлов. Но как сделать, чтобы можно было загружать только jpg png и т.д.?

    В настройках публикации можно выставить расширения, но это коснется всего форума
