Не правильно работает форма обратной связи

Здравствуйте. Помогите исправить форму обратной связи. Отправка самой формы работает, но при отправке пользователи или видят бесконечную загрукзу отправки или видят сообщения об ошибке отправки формы, хотя все сработало. Как исправить?  Вот на этой странице сайта. И вот скрин кнопки формы Заранее всем благодарен за помощь.

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
