Вот такие вот дела ставлю русский язык и мне выдаёт ошибку , раньше когда делал такого не случалось в чём же ошибка ??

    Захожу в Upload выберете файл ставлю файл xml потом locale русский и файлик xml.

    Это означает, что ввод не делается на UTF-8, а точнее, что сам XML не той кодировки, которая нужна.

    Может сотню раз и обсуждалось, но причину проблемы найти так и не удалось.
