Пользователь попросил выставить время. В чате пишется 28 Август 2012 - 02:43

а надо 28 Август 2012 - 14:43

и можно ли сократить месяца Август Авг.

    Настройки --> Advanced --> Формат чисел, времени и дат <-- здесь настриваются отображения дат!

    Извеняюсь, но мне там нечего не понятно. Нет галочки 24 часа.

    Посмотри скриншот, стоит как я понял 24 часовой формат, а отображается 12

    вставил везде короткий вид месяцев %b но в чате так и осталось как было (полный)

    Для чата есть своя настройка времени, там можно перевести время в другой формат!

    Как же выставит время?

    Импортировать как настройки
