Всем привет, столкнулся с такой проблемой, что не могу убрать вот это https://imgur.com/a/xUz07

Либо же не убрать ее, а сделать так, чтоб ею могли пользоваться только разработчики форума. Надеюсь, что найдется тот человек, который поможет это сделать....

    Администраторы (группа) всегда могут пользоваться.

    Модераторы могут пользоваться боковой панелью, если активирован доступ (скрин).

    Другие группы не могут.
